Public Liability

This policy covers for :

1. Accidental bodily injury to or illness of any person (whether fatal or not);
2. Accidental loss of or damage to property; occurring in connection with the business during the period of Insurance at any of the Places to which the Policy applies.

In respect of any occurrence to which this Policy applies the Company will also pay:-

• The legal costs recoverable by any claimant from the Insured.
• Costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of the Company
